Enjoy fresh fruits, salads, soups and homemade gluten free breads and grains.
Participate in several daily offerings of gentle , all-levels Hatha yoga, yoga nidra and guided mediations with extended Savasana sessions, while taking in the long-range mountain views as seen above. This retreat is a must for all levels of yoga practice. Cruise was wonderful and helped us understand Living Libraries as well as all aspects and benefits of yoga. Fresh air, beautiful mountains, the house and pool to experience inner peace and be of service to yourself and others. Definitely worth the full cost! --Renee H.

I really enjoyed how clean the food was and how refreshed I felt after just one weekend. Nothing is better than the mountain air and yoga! My favorite part was the campfire discussion which bettered my outlook on life and my attitude on personal relationships. Overall, a wonderful and soul-filling experience. The sunset was beautiful as well! --Ella A.
If you are looking for a weekend to release any frustrations and negative thoughts while focusing on yourself then this is definitely the retreat for you. I am a yoga novice and I felt comfortable with the yoga while using my props. Don’t forget your journal and those books you haven’t had a chance to open. Overall experience was phenomenal!
--Sade W.
The view of nature alone, is enough to book. You can see different views of the mountains no matter where you go in or out of the house. When we walked in we were greeted by all of the windows that roll open, so the cool mountain air could get in. The hammock by the pool was my absolute favorite!
This place has everything. All you need are clothes. --Brianna P.
