What a wonderful weekend!
The NamaSTAY Chalet yoga retreat was filled with plenty of quiet and reflective moments as well as time to relax, get to know others and grow, personally, emotionally and spiritually. This was the ultimate in self-care!
The NamaSTAY Chalet retreat hosted by Kristi Cruise was a wonderful get-away for women to relax, unwind and recharge. The home is very inviting and there is plenty of space. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend of self-care. Kristi and staff makes sure all of the needs of the guests are met. Five stars! -Krista A.
I really enjoyed how clean the food was and how refreshed I felt after just one weekend. Nothing is better than the mountain air and yoga! My favorite part was the campfire discussion which bettered my outlook on life and my attitude on personal relationships. Overall, a wonderful and soul-filling experience. The sunset was beautiful as well! --Ella A.
If you are looking for a weekend to release any frustrations and negative thoughts while focusing on yourself then this is definitely the retreat for you. I am a yoga novice and I felt comfortable with the yoga while using my props. Don’t forget your journal and those books you haven’t had a chance to open. Overall experience was phenomenal!
The view of nature alone, is enough to book. You can see different views of the mountains no matter where you go in or out of the house. When we walked in we were greeted by all of the windows that roll open, so the cool mountain air could get in. The hammock by the pool was my absolute favorite!
This place has everything. All you need are clothes. --Brianna P.
