No matter the season, NamaSTAY is the perfect get-away for yourself, your family or your next girl's or guy's weekend! 

The estate is located just 3.5 miles up a mountain off I-40W at exit 112. The elevation is approximately 1,900 feet which brings refreshing mountain breezes even on the hottest of days. The property boast beautiful near, mid, and far-range mountain ranges and views where you can see South Mountain State Park, Asheville, Table Rock and Hawksbill. The property is adjacent to a 45 acre state conservatory so there is plenty of privacy. 

Within a quick 6 mile/15 minute drive are lots of amenities including a Shell gas station and several restaurants and bars. We love Twin Brother's Pizza, The Old World Baking Company and Myra's--a greasy spoon with 1990's prices for breakfast. (Some restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday so check ahead.) We also love JD's Smokehouse which has a great catering menu and is fantastic if you don't feel like cooking in the fully functional NamaSTAY kitchen. There's also a Food Lion and McDonald's just 5-6 miles away, as well as a beautiful waterfall, (pictured above,) and several hiking trails at Lakeside Park in Valdese, NC. South Mountain State Park is a :25 minute drive. Both Hickory and Morganton are a quick 10-15 mile drive in either direction, and if you have time, check out the public sandy beach area with ample parking at Lake James State Park.  

The house sleeps up to 12 (12 is MAX due to septic!!) with the following breakdown:

Main Floor-- king bedroom with ensuite bath

2nd Floor-- 2 queen bedrooms with shared double vanity bath

Walk-Out Basement-- 1 double bed as well as a set of bunks with trundle that can sleep up to 5 if needed, and one Flex Room that has two twins that can be pushed into a King if needed. The basement rooms also shares a bathroom with a standup shower. 

(There is also an extra twin, and double mattress as well as a toddler mattress in one of the closets upstairs that can be moved where needed.) 

Amenities include washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace, a solo fire pit, dishwasher, wine fridge, 1 car garage, salt water pool, hot tub, playground, corn hole, sunset porch with rocking chairs, brand new deck, covered first floor patio and outdoor living room with fan, indoor dining room that seats 8, outdoor dining area that seats 6, optional semi-private 2nd floor loft for extra twin bed, internet, cell service, county water, air conditioning and heat, pool toys, pool-side hammock, gas grill, outdoor tower heater, air hockey, electronic darts, a small indoor putting green, kids area TV and DVD player, kids toy and game area in basement, 2 high chairs, a toddler mattress, extra twin mattress, a Bumbo, and Pack and Play. The kitchen is well equipped with ample dishes, silverware, serving ware, cookware, a tea kettle and tea set, Keurig and regular coffee pot, crock pot, crepe iron, bread maker, waffle iron and just about everything you may need to relax and entertain. Rates range depending on the season, length of stay and how number of guests staying. Two night minimum. Rates are less than ½ off what we would charge on AirBNB as we want to make this a win-win and have the comfort of knowing everyone who stays has a connection to us and will treat the home as if it were their own.
